How to enrol at Jabiru
New to My Family Lounge Online: Go to our website: www.jabiru.org.au/kids and click on the My Family Lounge link. My Family Lounge is our online portal for enrolments and bookings. Follow the prompts to register, including completing your details, details for other contacts, and your child’s details. At Step 3 of the registration process, we recommend that you select Finish Registration to register for casual bookings so you can book for your first day straight away. Once you’ve completed your registration, you can enrol in the Jabiru service of your choice by clicking Start Enrolment next to your child’s name. When complete, click Submit. You can then book the days you need online, or download the My Family Lounge app at your app store to make and cancel bookings on the go. Already have a My Family Lounge Account: Go to our website: www.jabiru.org.au/kids and click on the My Family Lounge link. This will link your account to Jabiru and allow you to complete an enrolment. On the top right of the screen change the Child Care Company to Jabiru.
