Classroom helpers
We greatly appreciate the help given by parent volunteers. If you are interested and are able to share with us your valuable time and skills to assist with curriculum activities, swimming and excursions, please contact the classroom teacher.The children like to see their parents at the school especially actually working with the children. Such visits could have a marked effect on your child’s attitude to learning because you are seen to be giving real support to your child’s schooling. We promote the education process as a partnership between home and school.

The P&C operate regular fundraising activities that are driven by
volunteers. We are always looking for people who are available both within
school hours and outside of school hours to help us deliver things like:
- MGEats! Lunch Program
- BBQ’s at sporting events, elections and other
school activities
- The much loved MGESS Bush Dance
- Mother and Father’s Day stalls
- MGESS Family Fun Day
